Guardrail End-User License Agreement
This is an agreement between you and MYLE Software LLC.

Grant of License

• You may install the software on up to 5 computers within your home.
• You may manage as many users as you have occupants on your premises (normally your home).
• You may not manage users who do not primarily use the product on your premises.
• You may not reverse engineer, recompile or otherwise study or tamper with the code in binary or source format.
• You are entitled to online support for as long as you are a paid subscriber.

Limitation of Liability

• Neither MYLE Software LLC, nor any of its employees or representatives shall be held liable for any bugs, disruption of service or other trouble whether intentional or accidental. We have done our best to make this program as reliable as possible but we cannot guarantee 100% functionality all the time.
• This agreement will be governed by the laws of King County within the State of Washington, United States.
